Patio table umbrella hole cover

Patio table umbrella hole cover

thingiverse

This is a simple plastic thing to cover the hole in a patio table where an umbrella would go with a cover. The .stl is for a 52-56mm umbrella hole which is the standard size - at least here in the United States. The top cover is 60mm in diameter across. If you want a smaller or larger cover, download the .scad file, download OpenSCAD and adjust the parameters per the comments in the file to be whatever measurements you want, and then Render and do File->Export to STL and print it. If you've never done OpenSCAD before, this is a great simple example to show you how it works (the code is 5 lines long in total). Instructions Sliced with Slicr with 0.3mm layer height and printed on a Printrbot Simple Metal, with the top-cover side down in 22 minutes.
