Protective case for Pavo Pico FPV drone Assembly: The updated version(2.0) has two parts attached using the hinge. I used a small metal rod cut to the total length of the hinges on the back but small nails around 1mm in diameter or similar could be used and glued into place(Make sure to glue to the top OR bottom and not both). The Updated version is also held closed by 6 flat circle magnets also glued into place 10mm diameter and 2.5mm thick. I found these to be more than enough to keep the box closed. I also placed a thin piece of foam on the bottom and a thicker piece on the top to hold the quad in place when closed The battery clip is for the RDQ series 2s 525mAh batteries. I just glued it in the middle of the bottom left and right areas of the lid so that the batteries don't hit anything when the case is closed. Old version: The older version is very similar but has three pegs to line up the sides and then requires a strap to keep it closed(I was tired of CAD and opted for the easiest design) Print settings: Printed on a QIDI Tech X1 Supports: No? Could be used for the hinges but didn't make a difference on my prints Infill: I used 10% but would recommend higher as I ran into some issues with this
