The original design that this modification is based on is truly outstanding - it's the work of Printrbot and you can find their simple filament spool holder without an aluminum handle design at https://www.youmagine.com/designs/printrbot-simple-filament-spool-holder-no-aluminum-handle. As I further customized this piece, I included additional tool holders specifically designed for snips and a spatula. By shortening the spool arm, it's now possible to print with a Printrbot Simple Metal even after adding these handy tool holders.
