PC Fan Grille

Grille for a 120mm PC fan. Bolt spacing is 105mm. Bolt holes are oval shaped for easier alignment with fan holes. The 105mm measurement is based on the outermost portion of the ovals. Bolt hole diameter is 4mm. Hexagonal center section is about 1mm thick when printed. Hexagons are 6mm across (side to opposite side). Corners are 2mm thick. Corner radius is 2mm. The entire grille is slightly flexible but does prevent larger objects from entering the fan and making contact with the blades. *I created this grille for use with a makeshift soldering fume extractor I created by sandwiching a carbon filter between two 120mm PC fans. While soldering, I kept accidentally shoving things into the fan. This was my solution. I thought it looked kinda cool once mounted to the fan, so I am uploading it for others to use as they please.* **I cannot say how much, if at all, this grille degrades the airflow of the fans. If you do use these grilles on your PC, please keep in mind that you may experience lower airflow. Though it is unlikely, it is possible that using this grille on your fans may lower your airflow enough that components in your machine could become too hot and are damaged. Please be mindful of your temperatures.**
