I have an old computer with no USB ports and a fan behind the 5.25" drive bays. These covers mount to the drive bay screw holes, have space for a fan, and fit a cheap USB front panel header you can buy from Amazon/Aliexpress/Ebay (search "usb front panel header" and you'll find them) One variant fits two USB-A ports and the other fits one USB-C port. A third variant without USB ports provided but I haven't actually tested that one. Use M4 screws for the USB-A ports and M3 for the USB-C port.
