PC pedals rudder DIY mechanism without electronics

It's simple idea to construct rudder controller (pedals) for PC fly-sim games like DCS, main axis has +-30 degress (60 overall) movement range, both pedals have independent 30 deg movement, all will be operated by arduino micro with hall sensors. It has 8 ball bearings, most parts will be made from 6mm MDF (cause almost all parts are asembled from two pieces) and some crucial moving parts from alluminnium and steel.
