pcb card mount

thingiverse

This scad project provides a mounting rail for PCB cards. In my case, I needed to surface mount some prototype boards full of LEDS onto an S100 bus wire wrap card. The cards are held between the 2 printed rails and are attached by using 4-40 screws threaded into the rail body from the back of the PCB. The holes are meant to be tapped for 4-40 hardware, but you can easily change the sizes by editing the included source file if you need a different size or clearance. Slots in the rails allow wires from the bottom of the PCBs to be routed onto other parts of the prototype project.
