This fuse cover can be used to protect against dirt, damage or accidental touching of dangerous voltages. The OpenSCAD has presets for both the standard UK "household" cartridge fuse (25.4mm) or the common one found in most electronics (20.0mm). The height of the cover and and additional padding may need to be a set for your PCB fuse holder clips as these vary greatly.
