This is a fix for Delph27's "[PCB Vice with elastic](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2500349)" as the stl file has one component 0.4mm off the base so it wouldn't print correctly. I have added another vice grip that has a way to hold the PCB instead of just by friction. Just print out 2 arms of your choosing & the base. The Sketchup file is added so you can tweak it.
