PCI-E Riser Card Mounting Base Plate

Base plate for PCI-E riser card. Rather than fiddling with standoffs I designed this base plate to space the board from the mounting surface which in my case was a plate of highly conductive aluminum. I use the 2mm thick one as the risers I get have an insulating dense foam. I provided a 4mm thick version if you end up with barebones un-padded cards. Mount with 3mm screws and nyloc nuts. Snug but do not over tighten as you may snap or warp the riser card hence the use of nyloc nuts is recommended.
