This is a PCI slot cover with a cutout for a serial port connector. My current case doesn't have the cutout, so I decided to make one. I don't see why this wouldn't work for any case, but I included a .step file if it needs to be modified for whatever reason. Shortly after I took the picture I realized I had assembled it backwards.
