I left nubs on the section which to not make a holder, deleted said nubs in the file. Also, those capacitors do not allow a second tooth. It's a tight fit, which is what I wanted, but you can increase the width 2mm if you so choose. The best way to attach it is by putting a riser in PCE1 last, placing it in the bridge before aligning and pressing down (as seen above.)
