pdp-11 knob

These are retro computing knobs that try to mimic the style of knobs used on the PDP-11/70 front console. They also look very nice for other projects. The knob has an indentation and line that can be filled with paint to give enhanced knob direction indication. The knob is designed to fit on a 6mm D shaped rotary encoder shaft. The code is easy to modify if you just want to fit a round shaft. There is also a hole for a setscrew which can be tapped if a setscrew is needed. (the existing shaft dimensions are a nice friction fit on the encoders I have). The knob can be scaled down to around 80% or up to ???% by adjusting the setting in the scad file. The shaft size is not scaled and will always print with the dimensions in the scad file.
