Peach laminator side holder

I produce my PCBs with toner transfer method. Unfortunately, the low cost laminators are not very durable when used at elevated temperatures. I made custom side walls / holders and changed a little the design. My solution provides adjustable laminator rollers gap. It is usable for thicker PCB substrates. Alluminium profile was reverse engineered from real profile. I placed the profile on flat scanner and scanned the cross section. Then I traced the bitmap and measured the geometry.
