Peak Design has a great mounting system, but their Out Front mount is not compatible with 35mm bars. The phone interface is easily removable from the bracket itself, so I've made a replacement bracket that can use their interface.

Designed for Prusament PC Blend Carbon Fiber with a print in place hinge, and needing two M3 heat set inserts. You will need an M3x8 countersunk screw to connect the two pieces (this screw is hidden against the bar when mounted), and an M3x8 socket head screw for securing the mount to the handlebars.

This was my first time to work with PC Blend - it turned out much stronger than I expected! I've printed this as two separate parts so that each of them get strength in the correct axis. With the included Gcode on the satin powder coated sheet, it prints flawlessly and easily pops off when cool.

If you slice yourself, I recommend 4 perimeters for strength and a 0.15mm layer height. The high printing temperature of PC Blend meant I needed much more clearance in the hinge than PLA to end up with a working hinge, so that's something to watch out for.
