Peasants & plagues is an interesting variation from NateStraight, that I designed as a 3d model for my settler of catan game: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1238980. The roules for this variation can be found here:https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/96236/two-variants-peasants-plagues-and-towers-catan The plague (reaper) has four pieces you need to assemble (hand, body, stand and scythe) by using glue. Also the peasants each have two parts (road and peasant) that need to be glued together. Due to the 3d-design of the tiles you have to play this variation slightly different: the peasants can't be put on the tiles, so you can put them on the roads that surround the tiles and orient their faces towards the resource-tile that they are supposed to support.
