Pebble Steel 22mm band adapter

Pebble Steel 22mm band adapter

This is an adapter that allows you to use any 22mm watchband. Standard, Milanese, NATO (provided you bring your own pins), you name it! I didn't really like any of the adapters on this website; the tolerances were all over the place, awkward to print, and had numerous failure points at layer lines. This adapter is designed to be easy to print with a standard 0.40mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.15mm or lower (I printed it at 0.10mm in black PETG). It prints flat, so its strong and should withstand lots of use. The tolerance is set such that it can easily rotate downwards and conform to the wrist, but isn't too loosey goosey. However, if you don't like the design or fitting, I've also gone ahead and included the STEP file for you modding pleasure. Let me know what you think! EDIT 1: Updated tolerances of the springbar holes (1.77mm deep -> 1mm deep); holes were too deep, causing the springbars to not be under any tension and have the ability to wiggle out if the springbar was slightly undersized or positioned incorrectly by the band. Problems should now be fixed.
