I love the universal filament spool rewinder and have been using it for years, but the recent addition of an OpenScan Pi setup caused me to need to free up a bit of space on my bench. This remix is admittedly a little dirty, but it's working well. It allows you to mount the spool holder onto pegboard. I used 6 automotive trim fasteners, and they work perfectly. The one thing for which I've not yet solved is being able to mount the PTFE holder arm. Hope that this will help someone else. Please feel free to improve upon it.
