thingiverse
This is part 8 of a set of laser-cut marble run pieces designed by Paul Buckley. The full 3D model can be found in Onshape at https://cad.onshape.com/documents/d0ca1ed3c4aad2fa89b94963/w/c0695c6c5231cabe690a5099/e/b3500dd2100c536b02b61b23.\r\n\r\nThese pieces are specifically designed for a pegboard with 4.8mm peg-holes, arranged in a pattern that includes both horizontal and vertical displacement of 31.9mm. A tolerance of 0.28mm has been taken into account to ensure precise fitment.\r\n\r\nThe recommended thickness for the horizontal piece (ply) is 2.75mm, but any thickness up to 3mm should also work. For the vertical piece (acrylic), a thickness of 2.8mm is suggested, with any thickness up to 3mm being acceptable.\r\n\r\nDXF files are attached for direct import and laser cutting. Example videos demonstrating the pieces in action can be found at https://youtu.be/pMGskp9NEY4 and https://youtu.be/BP6kDK6AZ4s.
