These are masonite pegboard rivets, remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3176578 The masonite pegboard available in South Africa has quite a bit smaller holes than overseas it seems, so I shrank these from 9.52mm to 7.5mm (The top bit). They fit really snuggly into the slot board.
