Eurorack faceplate designed to fit in a Pelican 1300 case. The top slot is 4hp for many models of eurorack power options. The bottom is 44hp. The rails are part of the model, for better and for worse. The better means you don't have to buy rails, and can slide M3 nuts in, the worse is you will need to print with supports and those supports are some effort to clean out.

I went with the 1300 case because the faceplate can be printed on a Prusa MK3S. It just fits. However, you have to use support blockers to keep everything on the plate, and I use a brim to prevent curling on the edges. I included a Prusaslicer project with the setup I used to print.

Pelican 1300 case

You can remove the lid of the pelican case by carefully prying the pins from inside to out using a very small flathead screwdriver. With the ends protruding, use a pliers to grip and then tap with a hammer to slowly work them loose.
