Peloton Bike+ Tray

Peloton Bike+ Tray

Classic tale of how I didn't like any of the options available for a simple shelf on the Peloton, so I made my own. This is specifically sized to the Bike+. Sorry, no clue what the original Bike dimensions are. The tray is roughly sized for a full-size cellphone for depth and width, and is intended to simply be placed on the top center of the display. The tolerances should allow for a snug fit without any wobble or movement, even if you're an aggressive biker. The front has a sized window to allow for placement without impacting the camera, with plenty of room for opening and closing the Peloton privacy slider. I've tried this between 5% infill and 50% infill, without much difference in material or print time. Given the generally light-weight nature of the design, it's your call. The ideal print layout is to print this vertically, and given the height having a brim is highly recommended. After my first failed attempt, I found a brim of 12 to be ideal. Turn on supports, so you can print the window opening without any sag and to allow for easy clean-up. Enjoy!
