Peltier Seebeck Heat Ex-changer

This uses Peltier Plates to achieve 12v off a temperature differential. This works off the Seebeck effect. The use of a solar radiator in conjuncture with an air cooled heat sink or pool or earthen heat sink. Only works when there is a temp diff greater than 85 deg F, this peaks out when the energy transfers enough to cause the cooling plate to heat. Thus makes the cooling pump spin to max while the heating pump stops to allow for the differential to catch up. Over all this project was an epic fail, But it taught me how to machine to tighter tolerances, as well as setup a solar charge circuit.
