Peltor Gelpads contourholder

<p>I'm currently using a 3M Peltor Sporttac for my workplace. These are available with softgel pads, which are nice for comfort, but lose contour overtime and degrade in quality of filtering loud sounds. Therefore i printed those “Space and Contourholder”.</p><p> </p><p>Printdetails:</p><p>2 of the same parts need to be printed. I printed them at 0.2 layerheight. At the height of 4.7mm there is a place for a neodymmagnet to keep the 2 parts together. Furthermore there is a hole for a M4 screw and screwhead to keep them alligned. </p><p>Additional parts: (Not needed for functionality)</p><p>1 x Round magnet Ø8mm x 3.5mm(Max)<br>2 x Screw M4 x 8mm(Max) (Screwhead max Ø 8mm, height max 4.5mm</p><p> </p><p>If needed, i can modify the parts to fit the screws / magnets you're having laying arround.</p>
