This is a customizable Sharpie Marker Holder created in MatterControl. If you open the .mcx file with MatterControl you can change the dimensions and count to match your own markers. How I Designed This MatterControl allows for: Very simple and intuitive TinkerCad like editing of designs Advanced scripting using Sheets This was created using both of these tools. It is an incredibly complex design and if you dig into the details (you can open and view everything in MatterControl) you can see a lot of equation relating to the geometry and its alignment.  A single scriptable pen holder was designed Added a Sheet Object to the bed (a spreadsheet like holder of variables) Changed the dimensions of the objects to be driven by the sheet Grouped them together to manage their arrangements (driven by the sheet as well) Made a Component Object out of the sheet and the grouped object Set the variables to be visible in the component object Finalized the Component Object Saved as an .MCX file You can look at how this object was built by opening it in MatterControl and clicking 'Edit Component' from the tool bar or the right click menu. This was really fun to make and it is amazing what can be done simply. Love it!
