This is a pen holder or a dragknife holder (Roland style) designed to fit into the 65mm router mount of my CNC router (MPCNC Machine). It means I don't have to remove the router mount from the machine, and I can quickly set up the pen holder holder. The pen should center in same place as the router bit ... or almost as it depends on diameter of pen. The two screws hold the pen firmly in place. See picture of it in place in the "gold" router mount.
