I printed it using a Duplicator 4X with LayWood filament. Layer height is set to 0.2 millimeters. Perimeter width is adjusted at 6 times the original value. The infill density is boosted by filling every single gap with solid material. Temperature for extrusion was carefully calibrated at 190 degrees Celsius.
