Pencil-holder swivel

This project I was inspired by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8433. But I wanted to make an object more dynamic and closer to my needs. With some advanced Bearing 624ZZ me, so I designed this Pencil-holder swivel. To increase the weight, I created a base with a tank to be filled with sand. In addition under the base I designed two grooves for o_ring seal (section about 1.7 - 2 mm) for more friction. In reality , the sand and o_ring are optional, but all this makes the pencil-holder very stable, so you can make it run faster :) For this project you need: 2 bearing 624ZZ 1 4x60 screw and nut 2-6 washers 4mm optional: A bit of sand O_ring (section about 1.7 - 2 mm) Instructions Print the parts (support not required) For o_ring (section about 1.7 - 2 mm), the simplest thing is to get a larger diameter (eg 140mm), and cut to the extent necessary to form two rings. Then insert with force. It should not be needed the glue. Fill the tank base with dry sand, a couple of inches below the maximum level. Insert the conical cap, then assemble the whole as shown in the image.
