The falcon, a noble bird of prey, is a symbol of sun and light, victory and superiority, protection and freedom. A glorious warrior was often compared to a fearless bird of prey, implying such qualities as chivalry, courage, strength, dexterity, intelligence, courageous beauty. The falcon among the ancient Slavs is the first bird and the primordial god of the world. He stood at the beginning of life on earth. The gaze of this bird was able to see the origin of life in the primeval crown.
