Pennant Wind Vane

Pennant Wind Vane

thingiverse

Here is a pennant wind vane to be installed at the top of the mast of a dinghy sailboat. It is modeled after a a real bottom of the line Wind Vane. Mount a knitting needle at the top of your mast to use as a shaft and on which to put on the wind vane. The knitting needled should be 3.5mm as the mounting hole on the vane is 3.6mm. It has to bee loose to rotate freely. The indicator arms also work as a stop bush to prevent the wind vane to slide down. The hole on the arms is 3.5mm as it should be a snug fit. This object was made in Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/3SnakIDPCAy
