Penny Board Template + Nose/Tail Guards

thingiverse

This is a 22 inch penny board I have made based on the design from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D6fXIKzFY_M All the credit for the template goes to him. You can find the template pdf on this make. I made mine and it came out great but I wanted to keep it that way so I made a nose and tail guard for it. The tail guard has a slope to it and indents for attaching a rubber/plastic material with epoxy. The nose has finger indents so you can grip it fairly easily. The nose and tail both attach to the board using epoxy as well. The stuff is super strong so I'm hoping it will last. Preliminary tests have proven that it holds pretty well but I guess we will have to see with time. Please comment any questions! I'd be happy to help. And if someone wants to add holes in the parts for hardware, please go ahead because I was just lazy and chose epoxy. Lastly please ignore my grip tape job, I still need to work on applying that stuff :)
