Pentax Spotmatic Correction Lens Adapter

A Pentax Spotmatic Correction Lens Adapter is hard to find on eBay. The adapters that fit the Pentax MX/ME and later cameras will be too wobbly if you use them on an older camera like Pentax K1000 or screw mount cameras like Spotmatic. I got inspired when I read the discussion here: https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/8-pentax-film-slr-discussion/327594-spotmatic-ii-viewfinder-correction-dioptre.html , so I sacrificed a pinze nez, all plastic but thin glass (2 mm). Cut out a part of it and engineered a correction lens adapter around it. To make one adapter you need to print: Spotmatic Correction Lens_Diopter_part 1.stl Spotmatic Correction Lens_Diopter_part 2_alt a.stl or the thicker: Spotmatic Correction Lens_Diopter_part 2_alt b.stl Spotmatic Correction Lens_Diopter_part 3_alt a.stl or if your lens is thicker than 2 mm: Spotmatic Correction Lens_Diopter_part 3_alt b.stl Glue the parts together using Loctite Super Glue Precision. NOTE: the Spotmatic Correction Lens_Diopter_part 2_alt a.stl has a a snug fit to my Pentax KX but doesn't fit my old Pentax SV. Therefore, I made a thicker version (Spotmatic Correction Lens_Diopter_part 2_alt b.stl) that may be better choice for this elder camera. Please, let me know how it works out for your camera!
