Penthouse Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 A Big TY to Paul, which made the model possible. I always wanted to do a Penthouse. Though about it lots. Several days ago I finnaly figgured it out. Extracted the roof and wall section from Paul's Projects, this is built on top of that tower. Made from lightweight aluminum framing and stress skin panels, this is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit. Using the ceiling panels underneath, I located the front door and then the rest of the structure. The Great Room is 2 stories high with a vent on the ceiling. This unit rests lightly on the roof, with roof left over for a greenhouse, rabbit hutches, etc. Once again, TY Paul.
