NOTE: This is for the base game. It has not been tested with the expansion. The brown lids that are concave and can handle heaping mounds of peppers may fit the extra peppers, but I do not know for certain. Cute pepper containers for the peppers in Scoville board game. Check it out, it is a great game for 2-6 players. In the pictures, the standard lid shows the magnets through the surface, I made it thicker and this should be less of an issue now, It was fine for me because I am painting the lids. (added a picture of all the boxes painted) All of the pepper colors fit inside 'pepper box with magnets' and the normal 'pepper lid' except for the brown peppers. The brown peppers are more numerous than the other peppers of the same height. For this reason there is a extra lid made called 'pepper lid brown'. That lid is concave and taller which makes room for the extra peppers. They still fit in the tray nice, but they heap slightly. The red/blue/yellow peppers do all fit but you have to sometimes jiggle them around a little, it is a tight fit. If you want more room, just print some extra 'brown lids' for those instead. The magnets to use are disc magnets, 8mm diameter x 0.8 mm thick. 1 mm thick magnets should work okay too, the lid will just have a slight gap. If you don't have any suitable magnets, then I also included the design without the mounting areas for the magnets. This version stacks fairly nicely when not in use because of the angled sides. I would suggest buying a batch of rare earth disc magnets on ebay if you have a 3d printer. Magnets are so handy in this hobby, and I find disc/ring magnets to be the most versatile. Really hope someone gets some use out these!
