Designed as a fun educational demo for my nephews. To build you will need a 1.25L Pepsi Bottle, I am sure other bottles will work but the topper and collar are designed specifically to fit the Pepsi shape. Also you will need a cork with a football inflating needle and a bicycle pump. Experiment with different water levels, but I found about a quarter to be sufficient. Printing tips: Print without support, choose a stronger filament if you can (like PETG) and a low fan speed to make it as impact resistant as possible. Alternately, don't glue on the fins and use it as a launching stand for the bottle. FreeCAD file included if you want to remix.
