I can't take credit for making this, I essentially just "kitbashed" pieces needed to fix a .stl file of Cell in Kamehameha pose that I had downloaded from another "culty" site. That model was stretched and twisted out of proportion (Especially his right arm and both hands). Just about everything from the waist up is from SpectacleSculptures's fantastic perfect cell sculpt, with the exception of the hands (They're goku's that go with the Kamehameha wave .stl) I just used zbrushcore to piece the puzzle together.
