This is a bottle cap that can attach to a typical throw-away water bottle that allows you to squirt water much like a peri bottle. We just had a baby and we used something in the hospital like this during her recovery. This allows you to turn any generic water bottle into a peri bottle. Attach the cap and squeeze. The tilted head allows you to not need to hold the bottle towards you and instead allows for easier squirting by holding bottle away from you.
