This customized case is made for my sunglasses. If you want me to alter the design for your glasses you can send me a message. Post-Printing Get your printer ready I put hairspray on the print bed to make the parts stick, unfortunately it came loose anyway. I printed it again but this time I taped the borders the printer creates to the build plate. This did the trick. But I think putting glue on your print bed will also work. How I Designed This Design proses I got the assignment to make an spectacle case for personalized spectacles form the brand ALO. The A in the logo was going to be the man feature in the case. The colors of the case will correspond to the colors of the glasses. I wanted to make a cool opening and close feel, so I designed two holes for magnets. Standards NGSS Lesson Plan and Activity The assignment The assignment was to see how packaging influences buyers. To see this firsthand we had to design packaging. Materials Needed Things I used -PLA plastic (Any plastic will work, as long as you get the right shape) -The metal where the wick of a candle is held, this metal can attract magnets and is very thin. Just what I needed. -two strong 4 mm wide magnets. -two hinges -spray paint to get the hinges the color you want Duration of Lesson 14 days
