Petmate latch hinge

Replacement latch hinge for Petmate Furrari 550 giant dog kennel. I have had a few of these break loading the kennel into the car. I redesigned the hinge so it can be printed without support. The original hinge mounts both ways but this one works with the channel facing out. Print Settings Printer: PRUSA i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 Notes: I printed this at a lower fill rate then I planned with a honeycomb pattern but it still came out strong. I used PLA because it was in the printer but I recommend ABS. Post-Printing The overhang at the ends needed a bit of trimming with flush cutters to round them out, I was going to make a support for them but it printed alright without it. The metal pin needs to be removed from the broken hinge and inserted into the new part. I oversized the hole slightly but it is tight when printed. I placed the pin in the chuck of a cordless drill to insert it. Hammering it in would probably work too.
