hi. this is remix (petpull2 by sapienz and PETAMENTOR2 by Tofna1) design. If you didn't have a stepper motor like me or you didn't want to use all electronic accessories and Arduino, you can use a very cheap and simple TT motor. better to use TTmotor metal shaft Download the rest of the STL files from here : www.thingiverse.com/thing:4900782 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5888962 Be careful not to download or print additional stl. thats it.good luck and be happy. You will face several challenges to make a plastic bottle to filament machine. 1 Preparation and construction of the entire device, including printed mechanical and electronic parts, and installing them on a suitable table (I will post the link) 2 Drilling the hole of the nozzle to the size of 1.5 to 1.7 mm 3 Preparing a suitable bottle, cleaning it, attaching the valve to the bottle, inflating the bottle, heating and straightening it 4 Making a bottle cutter and cutting the bottle to the appropriate width (about 7 to 9 mm) I am 8.5 mm 5 Fast closing of the filament to the main gearbox at the beginning of the petfilament production (only with a small piece of fireproof coating of the wire) 6 Setting the appropriate speed of the gearbox and the appropriate temperature of the heater, because if the speed is too low or high or the temperature is not appropriate, the filament will break. (Temperature between 220 and 230 is good) 7 In all devices, a stepper motor or gearbox motor is used, but I used a simple TT motor.
