On the PetSafe New Simply Clean Automatic Litter Box, there's a gap in the rim that sits on top of the bowl just under the waste ramp for clearance. Unfortunately, this allows litter to fall into the gap and eventually into the bowl gears, slowly gomming them up. I designed this to sit on top of that gap and keep the litter out. Note that the side portions are designed to be bent 90° so they rest on the higher part of the rim to either side of the gap. Also note that the wall thicknesses are 1 mm, and the bend joints are only 0.5 mm, so you'll need an appropriately small nozzle size and layer height.
