Simply a holder for my Petzl headlamp. With it I can fix it on my bicycle helmet (Uvex Xenova CC). Holder and base plate are separated into two parts, which have to be glued together. Center holes help to find the right position when gluing them together. The base plate is fixed to the helmet with double sided adhesive tape.
