I bought a very barebones Ironworks Micromaster base and decided to design the replacement parts for it. Be careful to support the base ramp when you connect it and take it off, resin is rather brittle. I was using the Longer Orange 10 3D Printer and Longer Standard Resin. Please note that while resin 3D printing is more accurate with details, they can still vary greatly from print to print. This is mostly due to the “bleed” factor of the UV light exposure. What I did was to take the still slightly uncured parts and place them into their post holes to sort of “scrape” away excess prior to fully curing them under a UV lamp. (Note also that the white tends to change color after curing. Mine had a bit of a yellowish/red coloration. Sunlight UV curing may be a better option for white.) Also, standard resins are quite brittle and do not have much flex to them. I made sure to run a 5 mm drill bit through the holes after curing to ensure their tolerance was correct. I did it after because there is always some shrinkage when the objects cure.
