This was modeled for an iPhone 11 Pro to be mounted on a Philips 276E monitor This allows the iPhone to be used as a webcam. I printed this with the "H" shape laying on the plate, and used Cura's "tree support" for the overhangs, came out perfect. I've included the fusion360 file, the model is somewhat parametric so you might be able to edit the variables in the fusion file to suit your phone/monitor.
