Philips Fidelio X2HR Pivot Pins

For all of those whose Fidelio X2HR or similar Philips headphone pivot pins fractured when you dropped your headphones, these are replacements... Notes: - Production parts that are on the headphones all the same (2 per each cup). They all have a slot that is used to run the wire through. The slot weakens the pins and creates a fracture point. All my pins broke at the slot end. - Redesign has two different parts, one pin is solid and the other is hollow, for the audio wire to pass through. The hollow clip is designed to a hole routing vs the slot on the production part, making the section more solid and as a result stronger. - Parts were printed horizontally with supports in PLA. Have not played around too much as they worked fine as is. Most of the part is hidden so esthetics are really not a concern. - May need to touch up the slot for the E-clip as it is pretty fine. Pretest it on the clip prior to assembly. - Assembly should be reverse of install. There are instructions on the web, but the procedure is pretty straightforward.
