I modified the Philips Hue Light Strip Clip (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2824083) to hang off the edge of a desk. This design did not require any screws or adhesive to stay on the desk. Some thin foam or rubber could be added to ensure the clips stay in place on the desk.
