Philips SHP9600 Headphones band/strap (untested WIP)

Replacement headband I worked on for my Philips SHP9600. (original one broke) I did make and print a prototype that didn't fit quite right, so I made some adjustments. However, I haven't gotten around to printing that as I've been quite busy and have other headphones as well. I may not ever totally finish this, just depends. This headband/strap is intended to be wider than the original one as PLA is less flexible, and I broke the original headband in the first place trying to make it wider (i have a big head...) I recommend printing in a good plastic that's somewhat flexible- I can't imagine cheap brittle PLA would hold up well. So, I can't guarantee how well this will work/fit since I haven't tested it myself. I have no clue when it comes to the SHP-9500. This will require complete disassembly of the headphones, (due to wiring running between the two ears) or near-complete disassembly if you just cut the wires in the middle and resolder them. (what I did with the first version I printed). I am not responsible for any potential damage done to your headphones. It is designed in a way so the only supports needed are on the end bits. If your printer is tuned well I don't think it would need any supports at all. I'd recommend a raft or wide brim so it doesn't lift off the bed/warp. Not the best model I know, but I couldn't find a single similar headphone strap/band anywhere as a 3D model. Hope it can help if you need it. Philips Logo is property of Koninklijke Philips N.V.
