This is a redesign of my previous holder posted on Thingieverse. This version uses much less material. I removed the extra height on top ( that I previously included for height adjusting screws, and never used ). I also rounded off the tops so if the extruder gets too low it will slide onto the table and not "jump in" over the "curb." The screw holes and counterbores are smaller so you have less adjustment room, but the screws fit better...
