Phoenix v2 Silicone Overmolding + string tensioner

Male fingertips for phoenix_v2 ... female moulds. Print both same size, dollop of 2-part silicone in the female (helps to fill the through-hole of the male part with silicone too), 'click' the male fingertip into the female. Should demould cleanly and trim with a knife. Because of the tiny amount of silicone used this is way cheaper than 'tippies' even if you printed dozens of replacement fingertips. Looks better too, I have non-string-winder versions tucked away too if anyone doesn't want the string-tensioner. To use the tensioner, attach the string to part1, insert the part2 in the string winder hole, insert a small screwdriver and tension to the desired tension. click it in and hold, and remove the screwdriver, and insert part2 firmly until it's flush (will probably need pliars). You'll want to be careful with your external perimeter width (print externals first, use a single thick external perimeter)... because of the small size it's pretty important to have good clean well-dimensioned prints to get all these parts to snap together nicely. I have a spreadsheet of the settings I wound up using if people have trouble printing these.
