Phone Based Scan/Tilt Platform
thingiverse
Spin your mast with a servo and house it in a basket atop; this creation is for Arxterra Project. The goal? Mars Rover-like bots for all via open-source design and missions. Soon, Arxterra Kickstarter will launch—stay updated on Facebook or visit arxterra.com. Check the promo video on YouTube and rover demo on another link! To use, print the platform, install servos, place a compatible phone in the basket, access USB via left side, and ensure screen/button operation at the back. For mast, utilize 7/8" OD tubing (12" aluminum recommended) and screws—M3x8 Hex socket preferred; longer M3x20 screws may be necessary for housing, and don't forget the nuts! Don't miss the YouTube video showcasing this rover demo.
